- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name as registered
- Email address associated with your membership
- Membership tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)
- Wait for confirmation - We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- Refund processing - Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Your membership access will be terminated upon refund approval

Event Cancellation Policy
For paid events and workshops:
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event
- If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future event
Membership Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade your membership tier instead of cancelling entirely, please contact us at admin@explorecolumbiacounty.live. We can process a downgrade and provide a prorated credit toward your new membership tier. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
